Objectives and Pre-requisites

Course Objectives

  • Recognize and discuss the concepts of Wi-Fi mesh networks
  • Understand and choose among the various radio models that are used to design a mesh network, and select the appropriate antennas and accessories
  • Understand how to configure a mesh network, and determine the appropriate radio types and numbers that are needed to satisfy the network requirements
  • Load the EDX SignalMX software and build a design that is based on the software, including choosing the model parameters and imputing the necessary information

The knowledge and skills you must have before attending this course are as follows:
